TESS PARKS
Tess was born in Toronto. She left Canada for London to study photography. Tess soon abandoned art school, and began writing songs, pursuing a career in music. In early 2013, Parks and her band The Good People released an EP, Work All Day/Up All Night. During her time in London, Tess had struck up an acquaintance with Alan McGee, founder of Creation and Poptones Records. On hearing the new music, McGee signed Parks to his new label, 359 Music. Tess Parks first full length album, Blood Hot, was released by 359 in November 2013.
